The narrow aisle lift truck has been made to function in narrow storage spaces by increasing the ratio between the space and the width of the aisle. Yale produces the single reach NR and double reach NDR models which are utilized for aisle widths between eight and ten feet. The Yale Narrow Aisle trucks apply best-in-class ergonomics and offer a Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment which has different control handle and stance configurations.
NR & NDR Productivity Enhancements
Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment: To meet a wider variety of operations, there are many control handle configurations such as the choice of fore, the aft stance, and the side-stance options.
AC Motor Technology: The AC motor technology provides fast lifting speeds along with powerful deceleration and acceleration. It has been made for quick plugging in order to facilitate more responsive directional changes which combine to increase the amount of cargo transported during a shift.
Mast & Reach Assembly: The mast reach assembly consists of tapered roller and trunion mounting bearings. This increases the rigidity and durability of the mast; along with the gusseted rear frame weldment, as well as the reach assembly carriage that are reinforced for long life.
Power Lowering: To really enhance the overall throughput and productivity, Yale offers industry leading uploading speeds and lowering speeds.
Regenerative Lowering: While regenerative lowering could reduce battery changes per shift it also works to maintain a lower oil operating temperature.
Electronic Steering: To really reduce energy, the electronic steering eliminates the need for hydraulic pumps. The operator could adjust the steering tiller and the technician could adjust the steer effort so as to decrease operator exhaustion. In the start-up process, drive tire centers start automatically.
Order Selectors: The very narrow aisle trucks and the narrow aisle trucks are also known as order pickers. These machinery are designed for the manual handling of racked loads that are smaller than pallet size. These order selectors lift both the operator and the load to its required height. This height could be more than 30 feet. Like the majority of turret trucks they are usually guided by wire or rail when used in very narrow aisle applications.
